Insert any picture as source in the <img>-tag. Then you can read the mouse coordinates just by pointing. Remember to subtract the upper left corner to get values relative to the picture.
You can also just use a non-existing picturname and specify the widht and height. That will give you an empty area.

You can merely copy the HTML-page. Everything is there except the picture.
